ONLINE CLASSES

With in-person interaction on hold for a while, what better time than now to embrace technology and jump into the virtual yoga world?

I'll be running regular weekly classes via zoom, schedule as below.

If there's anything else you want (different times, class lengths, styles etc) just let me know and we can make it happen.

Email me for details of how to join: abibarber1@gmail.com

Suggested contribution: £5 for 30 minute sessions, £10 for 60 minute sessions*

If you've not been to a class with me before, please fill in this form before you join us (only once, not before every session)

Space to sit or stand is all you need.

A gentle, expansive physical practice, suitable for everyone, with plenty of opportunity to pause in between shapes.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Movement and breathing - that's the essence of it all.

I'll suggest some shapes and talk you through them, but these little slots are really opportunities to connect to your own body, hopefully to carve out a moment or two of stillness and calm in what is a particularly turbulent time.

The combination of being able to practise in your own home, while still being in the virtual company of others, creates a unique experience that is at the same time energising, grounding, comforting and pressure free.

I'm more than happy to add slots as requested so get in touch if there's anything you'd like to chat about.

A couple of things to bear in mind regarding these suggested contributions:

The prices I charge for any of my classes reflect that I’m a London-based teacher and my rents and other outgoings (many of which I’m still paying) are London ones. But I appreciate that you might not be London based and I still want you to be able to join if you’ve lost your regular yoga offering so if that’s the case, how about paying me what you’d usually pay for your local yoga class? And please please check to see if your regular teacher is offering you a way to support them through this weird time with their own online classes, for example.

If you’ve also just taken a massive hit to your income because you can’t do whatever it is you do from home, I still want you to join so please simply send me whatever you feel you can. But most importantly, just come and join in while you’re figuring out how to make things work.
