Perhaps you're just coming to yoga and you would like to learn in a relaxed, one-to-one environment that can be more conversational than a group session.

It could be that you're struggling to find a regular class that fits around your busy schedule.

Maybe you'd like to work on your home practice and would like some ideas and advice to get you started or to refresh your existing routine.


Whatever the reason, a private class can be a great way to experience yoga.

Classes can be taught online or in person - whatever suits you best.

A class in your workplace could be just the thing you and your employees need as as an invigorating way to start the day, a pick me up at lunchtime, or a relaxing way to iron out all the kinks after a day in front of the computer. 

All you need is a space big enough for people to put out a mat - a meeting room or even the centre of an open plan office works fine! Attendees need to provide their own mats and with current social distancing measures in place we need to allow at least 2 m between participants.
